App Store Rejections
Feltpad had 3 apps rejected by the App Store this week. That’s a new record! It was not really surprising, but I did think there was a chance they would get approved. Each of the apps gave quick access to different screens within the Setting App (Brightness, WiFi, Airplane Mode). Moving on…

Product Ideas
I have selected the idea that will become Feltpad’s first foray into the world of online services. I have begun testing with servers and will provide more detailed updates as time moves along. Tentative release of version 1.0 will be the beginning of March 2012.

iOS App Submissions
This week I stumbled across these iPhone Settings Icons which use a WebApp to give you direct access to your iPhone’s settings – problem is, you need an internet connection for them to work and they can be a bit slow. As a result, Feltpad has submitted 3 native apps to the App Store – Brightness, WiFi, and Airplane. My guess is that these apps could face rejection due to their functionality, so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Product Ideas
Feltpad is working on several ideas for possible products. One of these ideas will be selected and produced as a monthly service. This marks an exciting move by the company as we move away from client-based worked and into a product-based model. Stay tuned to blog.feltpad.net for news on future developments.
